Helpdesk Request Form

The Policy and Regulatory Reform for Resilience (PROSE) Helpdesk is accepting applications from eligible entities for short-term technical assistance. All requested support must relate to the strengthening of policy, laws, regulations, or protocols pertaining to comprehensive disaster management (CDM) or climate change adaptation (CCA).

Note: Please complete following form as best as possible. The PROSE Helpdesk team can assist you in completing any areas where you may have questions. Please email prosehelpdesk@cadmusgroup.com for assistance.

Following are the steps in the submission of a Helpdesk Request: 

  1. Please complete and submit the online information section below. 
  1. The PROSE Helpdesk will be automatically notified of your request submission and will reach out within two business days. PROSE Helpdesk outreach will include a brief Technical Request Questionnaire that seeks further description of the request.  
  1. PROSE staff will reach out to the Requestor to set up a call to discuss the request and provide assistance, if needed, to complete the Technical Request Questionnaire. 
  1. The Requestor will then send their completed Technical Request Questionnaire back to the PROSE Helpdesk, at prosehelpdesk@cadmusgroup.com.  
  1. The Requestor will be notified of the next steps, within two weeks after the submission of the Technical Request Questionnaire. Next steps may include a request for additional details regarding the nature of the request, or a determination of if the request can be supported within PROSE resources.
